Title III Consortium/ELL

Smoky Hill Education Service Center has a Title III Consortium to assist schools with their English Language Learners. Participating districts receive services that include professional development opportunities, administration of the LAS Links and Pre-LAS placement assessments for the ELL's, and KELPA administration for ELL's. Additionally, we are continuing to purchase materials for our media center to assist teachers in providing quality instruction to their English Language Learning students.
